NextEnergy Capital Limited (NEC) is seeking an Interim Compliance Officer (SMF16) and Money Laundering Reporting Officer (SMF17) to oversee regulatory compliance and financial crime frameworks for NEC's investment management activities. Based in London, you will advise senior management, monitor FCA requirements, and lead governance with a strong culture of integrity.

Qualifications

• Experience in FCA-regulated asset management, investment management or fund management businesses.
• Strong understanding of AML/CTF legislation and FCA Handbook requirements.
• Desirable: experience within private funds, infrastructure, renewable energy or asset management sectors.

Responsabilités

• Maintain NEC's compliance and financial crime framework and regulatory inventory.
• Develop and monitor a risk-based compliance monitoring programme and report to senior management.
• Prepare regular Board and committee reports; escalate material regulatory breaches and control weaknesses.
