Senior Marketing Compliance Manager (German Speaking)

We are currently recruiting for one of Europes leading Investement Managers who offer a range of funds including private markets and credit.

Responsibilities

• Reviewing and updating compliance policies and procedures in line with regulatory requirements and best practices
• Administering the marketing material review and approval process across multiple jurisdictions and client types
• Championing compliance within the marketing team by delivering training and mentoring junior colleagues
• Establishing and maintaining monitoring processes to test adherence to marketing compliance standards
• Preparing and refining risk control assessments with a focus on end-client needs
• Managing first-line compliance processes to ensure clarity and transparency for all customer interactions
• Collaborating with internal stakeholders to maintain accurate procedures and implement efficiencies
