A leading insurance consulting firm is seeking a Compliance Manager in Leeds to support Appointed Representatives (ARs) through compliance guidance and onboarding. In this hybrid role, you will act as a Business Partner to ARs, ensuring they meet regulatory obligations and helping to integrate them into the business. Ideal candidates will have experience in general insurance and the ability to advise senior stakeholders effectively.

Qualifications

• Experience in general insurance, ideally within broking or networks.
• Understanding of how Appointed Representatives operate and their compliance needs.
• Ability to hold conversations with senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Acting as a Business Partner to the ARs and leadership team.
• Advising on compliance risks and regulatory expectations.
• Overseeing onboarding and approval of new ARs.
• Conducting periodic reviews and ongoing monitoring.
