Job summary

bet365 is seeking a Senior Compliance Analyst to navigate global regulatory requirements and translate complex rules into actionable strategies for our projects. You will liaise with regulatory bodies, interpret evolving frameworks, and ensure that systems and processes meet the highest standards of integrity.

You will work across markets, provide internal consultancy on regulatory matters, and support audits and submissions while leveraging IT knowledge to bridge regulatory and technical teams.

Job Description

As a Senior Compliance Analyst, you will navigate the complexities of global regulation, turning intricate rules into clear paths for our most ambitious projects.

The Compliance department ensures adherence to regulatory standards across all markets where the business operates, as well as those targeted for future expansion. This team acts as the bridge between complex legal requirements and operational reality, ensuring that every project aligns with the necessary governance frameworks.

This role involves interpreting evolving regulations and applying them to internal projects and new territory applications. You will translate technical requirements into actionable compliance strategies, often navigating uncharted territory where the path forward requires careful analysis and pragmatic problem‑solving. You will work closely with technical teams to ensure that systems and processes meet the highest standards of integrity.

This role is eligible for inclusion in the Company’s hybrid work from home policy.
