Job description

Our client is seeking a Senior Compliance Administrator to join their proactive Regulatory and Financial Crime Compliance (RFCC) team. The purpose of this role is to support good compliance standards within the office, ensuring adherence to applicable local regulatory and financial crime laws, as well as Groupwide compliance standards. The successful candidate will collaborate effectively within the RFCC team, both locally and with other departments across the Group, seizing opportunities for teamwork and shared success. Responsibilities will be carried out in line with local internal controls, assisting colleagues in designated roles to perform in accordance with the Global Compliance Framework. This is a full‑time position that offers the opportunity to contribute to the consistent, excellent delivery of work across the department while developing new ways of working.

Job Duties:
  • Deliver the testing required in the annual Compliance Monitoring Programme
  • Assist with other compliance‑related tasks, including the maintenance of compliance registers
  • Produce internal reports
  • Monitor compliance
  • Prepare external regulatory reporting
  • Assist with compliance tasks and projects as required to support the team
Job Requirements:
  • Previous experience in financial services
  • Relevant professional qualification and/or relevant experience in the finance industry
  • Ability to work independently and under supervision as part of a team
  • Appropriate level of judgement and logical problem‑solving skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with senior management and administration teams
  • Good verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent organisational skills, with the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Good knowledge of financial services and financial crime regulation
