Responsibilities

• Manage a pipeline of cases in support of Underwriters.
• Issue instructions to panel solicitor firms.
• Serve as the main contact for brokers and solicitors.
• Coordinate with surveyors during the legal process.
• Verify compliance with KYC and AML requirements.
• Maintain accurate data within the origination system.
• Manage customer contact at designated points.
• Work to meet customer expectations for completion timelines.
• Mentor and train team members.
