Job summary

Your World Healthcare UK is seeking a Physiotherapist with strong community respiratory experience for a long-term locum in Peterborough. The post is initially 12 weeks with a high likelihood of extension for the right candidate.

The role offers an hourly rate of £23-£26 all-inclusive and requires availability to start within two weeks, plus commitment to a minimum of 3 months, with dedicated agency support from Your World.

Qualifications

• Minimum NHS experience of 6–12 months in acute or community/outpatient respiratory services.
• Strong respiratory assessment and treatment skills.
• Experience managing breathless patients; pulmonary rehab, home oxygen, and COPD care in domiciliary and clinic settings.
• Physiotherapist degree and HCPC registration.
• Own vehicle for work purposes.
• Available to start within 2 weeks and commit to a minimum of 3 months.

Requirements

• A minimum of 6-12 months of NHS experience within acute or community/outpatient respiratory services
• Solid respiratory assessment and treatment skills, including experience managing breathless patients; experience in pulmonary rehabilitation, home oxygen therapy, and COPD management in both domiciliary and clinic settings is highly desirable
• A Physiotherapy degree (MSc or BSc) and current HCPC registration
• Access to your own vehicle for work purposes
• Availability to start within 2 weeks of confirmation and commitment to a minimum of 3 months
