The Sirona Integrated Neighbourhood Teams (INT) are an innovative and dynamic service. We provide active rehabilitation to patients in their place of residence to maximise their functional potential and support them to remain independent within their homes. Our therapists support hospital discharges, admission avoidance and long term self‑management, enabling patients to live better lives in their home environment.
You will be working within a friendly and supportive INT alongside other Therapists, Assistant Practitioners, Nurses and Nurse Associates, Advanced Clinical Practitioners, Support Workers and Administrators.
We offer a flexible service which operates 7 days a week.
