Job summary

Blackpool Teaching Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a dedicated senior band 6 registered nurse to join our self-care team. You will engage staff in supporting patients on their self-care journey and promote patient choice and self-management.

The role covers community nursing across the Fylde Coast, undertaking nursing duties in patients’ homes or clinic settings, and provides safe, individualised care while supporting families.
