Job summary

Lovable is hiring a Senior Community Manager to own the full virtual community surface: our always-on spaces (Discord, Reddit, Facebook) and the live virtual programs that reach our global community every week.

You will run day-to-day operations for 100,000+ member communities, coordinate hosts and events, and develop robust moderation systems. You’ll lead the Community Champions and surface feedback to product and marketing across time zones.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in community management, events, or developer relations
• Experience running recurring virtual programs end-to-end
• Deep platform fluency in Discord and Reddit
• Confident live host and facilitator with on-camera presence
• Experience recruiting and supporting volunteer leaders
• Strong moderation judgment and escalation know-how
• Proven ability to coordinate across US, Brazil, Europe
• Demonstrated builder instincts and hands-on shipped projects

Responsibilities

• Own the always-on spaces: Discord, Reddit, and Facebook groups, including programming, safety, and culture
• Run Lovable's live virtual sessions and coordinate hosts, assets, and calendars
• Develop and maintain HOA moderation systems, guidelines, and tooling
• Grow communities on Reddit and Facebook into thriving spaces
• Surface community feedback to product, PMM, and marketing on a regular cadence
• Track community health metrics: activity, retention, sentiment, and post-event views
• Lead the Community Champions program and coach volunteer leaders
