The community development team at BCC is looking for an enthusiastic senior community development practitioner to join our team. The role focus will be equity and inclusion. We are looking for a passionate and values driven practitioner to apply asset-based principles to drive sustainable community capacity and strengthen equity voices and principles. This citywide role amongst the North team will focus on assisting the service and partners to deliver equitable and inclusive services, and to contribute to addressing persistent social inequity and inclusion in the city.
