This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated and compassionate nurse to work within a supportive and forward-thinking service, providing high-quality, family-centred care to children and young people with a range of acute and complex health needs in their homes and community settings. While previous experience in community children’s nursing is ideal, we also welcome applications from nurses with extensive Band 6 experience and transferable skills who are keen to develop their practice within the community setting. The successful candidate will have strong clinical and communication skills, be confident working both autonomously and as part of a multidisciplinary team, and be committed to delivering safe, effective, and compassionate care. You will be joining an experienced, friendly and passionate team who work collaboratively to support each other and deliver the best possible outcomes for children and families in Croydon.
