A leading care service provider in Northam is seeking a Senior Care Worker to supervise community care workers and deliver personal support to clients. The ideal candidate will have experience in care, strong organisational skills, and the ability to work flexibly on a roster that includes weekends. A full driving license is required for this role.

Qualifications

• Must hold a full Driving licence.
• Must work well as part of a team.
• Be able to do on call 1 week per month.

To work as part of our team as a senior care worker offering support to both our care workers & clients.

Job role includes:

• To be able to supervise and support our community care workers.
• To carry out client assessments occasionally.
• To attend client reviews and assist with writing care plans.
• To ensure good quality care is always priority.
• To be part of our on call managers team 1 per month.
• To be organised and competent with admin tasks.
• To work as part of our care team delivering personal & Domestic support to our clients.

Working Patterns:

Monday - Sunday 7am-2pm & 4pm-10pm
