A leading global financial services organization is seeking a Senior Communications Manager in London. This role involves preparing strategic communication plans, managing the bank's reputation, and supporting crisis communication efforts. The ideal candidate will possess proven experience in strategic communications and excellent stakeholder management skills. To be successful in this role you should meet the following requirements: Proven experience in developing and executing strategic communication plans for complex projects. Excellent stakeholder management skills, including the ability to work confidently and effectively with senior executives across regional/global geographies. Able to work within an ambiguous environment, with the ability to work quickly, managing time and multiple priorities effectively. Experience of crisis communications, with the ability to think clearly and show considered judgement under pressure. Excellent verbal and written communications skills, with the ability to craft compelling narratives to articulate strategic priorities. Experience in managing external communications policies and ensuring alignment with internal governance requirements.
