Job summary

A leading engineering recruitment firm is seeking experienced Senior Comms Engineers in the Birmingham area for the installation and commissioning of SISS communications systems in railway stations. This role requires expertise in CCTV, PA systems, and network rack build infrastructure. Candidates should have necessary certifications including CSCS/ECS, preferably with in-date Sentinel PTS and SSSTS. Competitive daily rates of £300 - £350 based on experience.

Qualifications

  • Demonstrable experience of end-to-end installation and commissioning of SISS railway station systems.
  • Experience with CCTV, PA, and Access Control in regulated industries.
  • Hold CSCS / ECS, ideally in-date Sentinel PTS and SSSTS.

Senior Comms Engineer (Railway SISS systems) - Birmingham Area

Seeking 2-3 Senior Comms Engineers to support the installation, test and commissioning of SISS communications systems across railway stations in the Birmingham area. You will install, test and commission CCTV, PA, CIS, PHP and associated cabling and network rack build infrastructure.

Demonstrable experience of end-to-end installation and commissioning of SISS railway station systems on UK railway projects is preferred. Commissioning of CCTV, PA and Access Control in associated highly regulated industries within the UK may also be considered.

You must hold CSCS / ECS, preferably an in-date Sentinel PTS and ideally an SSSTS.

£300 - £350 per day (CIS) dependent on experience and skills.
