This is an exciting opportunity to shape how services are commissioned, procured and managed across Gloucestershire, ensuring children, young people and families have access to high-quality, effective support that delivers positive outcomes.

Working closely with senior leaders, operational colleagues, providers and key partners, you will lead the development of commissioning frameworks that support a sustainable, high-performing marketplace and enable Children's Services to respond flexibly to changing needs and priorities. This role offers the opportunity to influence strategic decision-making, drive innovation and support service transformation across a broad range of children's services portfolios. The portfolio will evolve over time in response to service priorities, providing opportunities to work across a range of commissioning programmes.
