A leading media company is looking for a Senior Commissioning Editor to assist in managing its London digital hub, expand coverage, and explore new commercial opportunities. Responsibilities include editing original London content, liaising with writers, and assisting the London editor with event programming. The ideal candidate should possess strong news judgement and have experience as a commissioning editor.
We are now recruiting for a Senior Commissioning Editor on a one year fixed term contract to assist the London editor with running the digital hub, expanding our coverage of London, and exploring new commercial opportunities including events.
The Times and Sunday Times launched a dedicated London hub in early 2025, bringing together our existing coverage of the capital and adding value with original reporting, interviews, and features on the topics Londoners care the most about.
