Job summary

A leading national consultancy seeks an experienced MRICS Chartered Surveyor or Senior Surveyor for a home-based role covering the North of England and Midlands. The position offers autonomy and flexibility, with responsibilities including property inspections, preparing valuation reports, and managing client relationships. Ideal candidates will have a strong background in commercial valuation or lease advisory work and be comfortable working independently.

Qualifications

• Experience in commercial valuation or lease advisory work.
• Comfortable engaging directly with clients and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Carry out property inspections and measurements.
• Prepare accurate and timely valuation reports.
• Undertake rent reviews, lease consultancy and market valuations.
• Liaise with clients and third parties including other surveyors and solicitors.
• Manage your own caseload efficiently to meet billing and quality targets.
• Attend in-person training and team meetings every eight weeks at head office.
