Senior Commercial Strategy Manager

Ceuta Group part of IQVIA is a global leader in brand category and commercial strategy. We're seeking a Senior Commercial Strategy Manager to join our dynamic team and lead the commercial and category strategy for key national grocery accounts, most notably Tesco.

This is a hybrid role that blends strategic planning with hands‑on account management offering a unique opportunity to shape the future of our categories across all trade channels.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead Grocery Channel Strategy: Manage key national accounts (e.g., Tesco) delivering joint business plans and strategic partnerships.
  • Drive Commercial Performance: Own full P&L conduct promotional analysis and optimize ROI through data‑driven insights.
  • Collaborate Cross‑Functionally: Work closely with Marketing Business Analysts and Supply Chain to align on goals and execution.
  • Negotiate & Forecast: Lead annual negotiations and ensure accurate forecasting and demand planning.
  • Shape Commercial & Category Strategy: Define strategic direction, translate it into actionable plans across the 5Ps and act as the category expert.
  • Support Innovation & Budgeting: Provide commercial input into brand planning and innovation leveraging insights to guide NPD and strategy.
What We're Looking For
  • Proven experience managing national grocery accounts (Tesco preferred) in an FMCG environment.
  • Strong commercial acumen with full P&L accountability.
  • Expertise in Market Strategy & Planning (MS&P) and category development.
  • Advanced analytical skills in promotional analysis and ROI measurement.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
  • Proficiency in Nielsen, IRI, Excel and Power BI.
