Qualifications

• Experience in a relevant commercial environment.
• Experience of working on large single or multiple smaller schemes.
• CSCS appropriate.

Responsibilities

• Manage commercial administration of a large project.
• Produce Subcontract documentation and negotiate terms.
• Manage subcontract works packages and change management.
• Agree monthly applications with the Client.
• Produce detailed monthly reports and Cost Value Reconciliation.
• Liaise with operational and engineering staff.
• Track and forecast expenditure using Oracle.
