Frasia Wright Associates is supporting a leading Scottish law firm to recruit a Commercial Real Estate solicitor. Based in Glasgow, Edinburgh or Inverness, the role covers acquisitions and disposals, leasing, development, funding, and related corporate support.

The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years’ post-qualification experience, with strong client relationship skills, and a track record in business development within the commercial property sector.

Qualifications

• 5+ years post-qualification experience in commercial real estate.
• Experience in acquisitions, disposals, leasing, development, funding.
• Ability to manage client relationships and contribute to BD.

Responsabilités

• Handle a broad mix of commercial property work including acquisitions and disposals, leasing, development and funding.
• Support corporate transactions as required and advise on property-related matters.
• Develop and maintain relationships with clients and contribute to business development initiatives.
