Yolk Recruitment Ltd in South Wales is seeking a Senior Commercial Property Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer or Chartered Legal Executive to join its growing commercial property team. Qualifications

• Be a qualified Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer or Chartered Legal Executive in England & Wales.
• Have 2–5+ years' PQE with solid Commercial Property experience.
• Capable of independently managing own caseload.
• Strong technical knowledge across a broad range of commercial property matters.
• Excellent organisational and time-management skills.
• Proactive, hands-on approach and strong attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and client-management skills.
• Commercially minded and keen to contribute to growth of the department.
• Interest in supervising and mentoring junior colleagues.
• Collaborative and team-focused.

Responsibilities

• Manage a varied commercial property caseload.
• Lease and landlord/tenant matters, including grants, assignments, licences, rent deposits and surrenders.
• Acquisitions and disposals of freehold and leasehold property.
• Development work including site acquisitions and plot sales.
• Secured lending and real estate finance.
• Property due diligence in corporate transactions.
• Mentor junior colleagues and support business development.
