A leading Yorkshire law firm is looking for a Senior Commercial Property Solicitor to take over the day-to-day running of the team and help shape its future. You’ll join the management team from day one, with a clear and supported route to the Board.
With a well-established client base, a strong flow of quality work, and the support of a respected Legal 500 firm behind you, you’ll have the autonomy to lead while also reclaiming more time for life beyond the office.
Who we’re looking for- 5+ PQE in commercial property, including leases, sales and purchases, refinancing and corporate support
- Confident leading a department and supervising more junior team members
- A strong communicator with commercial acumen and BD experience
- Someone who wants to shape a team and enjoy a better balance without compromising on quality
- Likely currently based in a larger city and seeking a move back to Yorkshire, or a lifestyle change
Salary & benefits- £65,000–£80,000 depending on experience
- Profit-share bonus scheme (typically 10% of billing over target, negotiable if bringing a following)
