• Experience in property finance or development work.
• Familiarity with modern case management / legal tech systems.

Responsibilities

• Manage your own caseload in the Commercial Property / Real Estate team.
• Handle acquisitions and disposals of commercial properties.
• Draft, negotiate, and advise on leases including renewals and rent reviews.
• Advise on property finance and development/site purchase.
• Work with corporate teams on property aspects of business sales or acquisitions.
• Engage with external stakeholders: agents, surveyors, planning authorities.
• Stay updated with property law developments.
