Job summary

A highly experienced Commercial Manager is sought to lead the commercial function across a portfolio of significant residential developments for Allscreens Nationwide Ltd in Scotland. You will drive profitability, risk management and commercial objectives, working with operations and senior leadership to provide strategic direction from pre-construction through to final account.

Qualifications

Experience delivering complex construction projects.
Experience across residential construction, main contracting and mixed-use projects.
Strong leadership and stakeholder management capabilities.

Responsibilities

Lead all commercial activities across multiple live projects.
Manage project profitability and financial performance.
Oversee procurement strategy and subcontractor management.
Drive cost control, forecasting and reporting processes.
Manage contractual and commercial risks.
Negotiate and agree subcontract and client accounts.
Provide commercial leadership to project delivery teams.
Mentor and manage Quantity Surveyors and commercial staff.
Support the wider business through accurate commercial reporting and decision-making.
