Are you ready to shape the future of nuclear across the UK, Europe and the Middle East? AtkinsRéalis Nuclear is on a growth trajectory—doubling revenue over the next five years—and we’re looking for a Senior Commercial Manager to help us get there.

Your role

This role blends analytical precision with strategic influence. You’ll be a trusted business partner from the earliest stages of opportunity development—crafting compelling commercial offers and guiding them through governance. You’ll help shape our evolving commercial model, which spans consultancy, digital products, and complex delivery.

Key Responsibilities

  • Bid & Contract Leadership
    • Lead contract reviews and negotiations in coordination with Legal and corporate functions.
    • Develop pricing and contractual terms for bids that drive sustainable growth.
    • Own escalated approvals and governance processes.
  • Strategic Initiatives
    • Build business cases for new markets, technologies, and M&A opportunities.
    • Support commercialisation of new services and digital products.
  • Governance & Risk
    • Act as an independent bid and project reviewer.
    • Resolve disputes and claims (project, insurance, etc.).
    • Deliver key elements of the Risk & Commercial roadmap.
  • Training & Mentorship
    • Design and deliver commercial training programs.
    • Influence decision-makers and mentor junior team members.
