• Strong QS / commercial background at the level of Commercial Manager, SQS, or Associate Director.
• Proven experience managing projects from start to finish.
• Extensive understanding of JCT contracts.

Responsibilities

• Lead high-end residential projects from pre-contract through to final account.
• Take full commercial responsibility for assigned projects.
• Prepare, manage, and control project budgets and cost plans.
• Produce detailed cost reporting and financial forecasts.
• Oversee variations, valuations, payments, and final accounts.
