• Extensive experience in Quantity Surveying/Commercial Management within the Data Centre sector.
• Knowledge of Procurement, Supply Chain, Cost and Commercial Management.
• Experience with standard forms of contract like NEC suite.

Responsibilities

• Manage contracts from inception to completion.
• Engage stakeholders across a portfolio of projects.
• Issue and review early warning notices and compensation events.
