Job summary

Zendlabs, a fast-growing contract manufacturer in the UK, seeks a Senior Commercial Manager to drive new business and strategic partnerships. You will work with the leadership team to shape the commercial strategy, win major accounts, and position Zendlabs as a leading CM partner in sports nutrition and nutraceuticals.

You will leverage an established network of brand owners and procurement teams to deliver long-term, profitable growth while navigating complex sales cycles and RFQs.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years' commercial experience for contract manufacturing (CMO/CDMO).
• Proven experience selling sports nutrition, food supplement or nutraceutical manufacturing services.
• Demonstrable history of winning new manufacturing contracts.
• Existing network within sports nutrition and health & wellness.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and supply chains.
• Experience managing RFQs and commercial tenders.
