A leading engineering firm in the UK is seeking a Senior Commercial Manager responsible for overseeing all commercial aspects of projects within the rail and infrastructure sector. Candidates should have a relevant degree, chartered status or be pursuing it, and a minimum of 10 years' experience in construction. The role allows hybrid working with up to 3 days in the office, offering a competitive salary and excellent benefits including 27 days' leave and private medical insurance.

The Senior Commercial Manager will require knowledge and experience in pre and post contract management and procurement within commercial contract management in the rail and infrastructure sector.
You will be expected to utilise experience and knowledge of supplier relationships and contract management to drive efficiencies in the supply chain. Working as part of projects and programmes to deliver the strategic aims of their designated portfolios.
The Senior Commercial Manager will have extensive, proven experience of commercial management within organisations, projects and programmes. Member of a relevant professional institute with Chartered status.
This role can be based in Manchester, Leeds or York. You can expect to be working on a hybrid basis with up to 3 days a week in the office.
