Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in a commercial management or leadership role.
• Experience within Defence, Aerospace, Marine or closely related industry is highly desirable.
• Degree educated.
• WCC Member status or higher OR MCIPS qualified.

• Experience operating across complex commercial environments.

Senior Commercial Manager | Defence & Aerospace

Location: Farnborough | Hybrid - 3 days onsite

Salary: Up to £81,000 + benefits

I’m currently working with a leading organisation within the Defence, Aerospace & Marine sector who are looking to bring in a Commercial Portfolio Lead to join their growing commercial function in Farnborough.

This is a senior commercial position with responsibility for providing commercial leadership, governance and strategic oversight across a portfolio within the Maritime & Land business.

The opportunity

You’ll work across multiple business areas, leading commercial strategy and overseeing complex programmes, proposals and contracts. You’ll also work closely with senior stakeholders and strategic customers, with plenty of scope to influence commercial direction.

You’ll be responsible for:
