Job summary

Douglas Scott Legal Recruitment seeks a Commercial Litigation Associate (4-6 PQE) to join a well-regarded disputes practice in London. The role offers exposure to high-value domestic and international matters for businesses, directors and high-net-worth individuals.

You will advise on a broad range of disputes, including shareholder disputes, fraud, injunctions, asset tracing and cross-border litigation, with opportunities for business development and progression.

Qualifications

• Qualified Solicitor in England & Wales with 4-6 years PQE.
• Solid commercial litigation experience in a disputes practice.
• Ability to manage matters with supervision and strong client management.
• Experience in drafting, litigation strategy and BD.

Responsibilities

• Advise on a diverse commercial disputes caseload including shareholder disputes.
• Handle fraudulent transactions and breach of directors' duties claims.
• Oversee asset tracing, recovery and enforcement of judgments.
• Take an active role in business development and client management.
• Engage in international and cross-border litigation.
