Qualifications

• Experience with NEC3/4 contract options A, C, E is essential.
• Line management experience with the ability to mentor junior QSs.
• Role subject to client interview and acceptance.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of commercial professionals across multi-million-pound contracts.
• Provide strategic oversight from procurement to close-out.
• Ensure compliance with NEC3/4 and FIDIC contracts, UK law.
• Act as a trusted interface with clients and stakeholders.
• Drive continuous improvement across commercial processes.

Skills

Strong financial modelling experience

Excellent client-facing skills

Expert commercial acumen

Experience in managing teams

Enthusiasm and motivation skills

Extensive experience in water, environment, defence or nuclear sectors

Strong knowledge of CDM regulations

NEC3/4 contract expertise

Experience with ECI/ESI in design & build programmes

Valid CSCS card
