Pure Data Centres is seeking a Senior Commercial Manager to support data centre construction projects at the Wilton Campus in Tees Valley, UK. You will collaborate with Design, Delivery, Legal, Finance and Procurement to ensure robust commercial setup and governance.

The role focuses on protecting Pure’s commercial position through early risk identification, cost control, change management and clear reporting through to close-out. UK/EMEA involvement may occur as needed.

Responsibilities

• Support the commercial management of data centre construction projects at Wilton Campus.
• Coordinate tendering, procurement, contract development and cost control.
• Monitor change management, reporting, and governance to protect the commercial position.
