Job summary

Marc Daniels Specialist Recruitment Ltd seeks a commercially focused Finance Business Partner to join a leading operational multi-site business in the United Kingdom. You will partner closely with the Area Director and senior stakeholders, providing financial insight to drive profitability across multiple sites with travel across the South of England.

Qualifications

• ACA/ACCA or CIMA qualification or equivalent.
• Experience in Finance Business Partnering, Commercial Finance, or Management Accounting.
• Ability to influence and challenge non-finance stakeholders.
• Experience partnering with operational multisite environments such as logistics or manufacturing.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with operational management as a trusted commercial finance partner.
• Deliver insightful financial analysis, KPIs, and management information to support decisions.
• Review monthly management accounts with variance analysis and commentary.
• Present monthly financial performance to senior finance and operational stakeholders.
• Lead budgeting and forecasting processes with timely submissions.
• Manage CAPEX reporting and forecasting.
• Identify opportunities to improve profitability, efficiency, and processes.
• Oversee balance sheet reconciliations and maintain strong financial controls.
• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of three Analysts.
• Increase financial awareness across teams to drive a commercial culture.
• Support year-end audit processes and respond to audit queries.
