Qualifications

• Proven track record as a Contracts Manager or QS within construction.
• In-depth knowledge of JCT/NEC contracts and Health & Safety standards.
• Experience with project management and H&S software tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead preparation and submission of PQQs and tenders.
• Oversee projects from contract award to final handover.
• Ensure full compliance with Health & Safety regulations.
