Job description

As a Senior Commercial and Finance Manager, you will be a key member of the wider finance team. Working in conjunction with the commercial and reporting teams you will be structuring financial solutions for the business’s need and meeting reporting obligations. You will effectively assess or model different financial scenarios for internal reporting, bank compliance or strategic decision making. Your day to day will include:

Responsibilities
  • Appraising and adding value to new and existing business proposals,
  • Building, understanding and manipulating financial models for new bids or manage the team to do so effectively,
  • Critically analysing the commercial teams solutions to ensure financial viability and a control on capital investment,
  • Building relationships with stakeholders and professional advisors to ease facilitation of credit agreements and other documents,
  • Ensuring JV compliance is adhered to,
  • Being responsible for project governance and QR forecast accuracy.
Qualifications
  • A professional accountancy qualification (ACA/ACCA/CIMA), or equivalent,
  • Financial Modelling, Real Estate finance experience,
  • The ability to think commercially, understand the bigger picture and obtain desirable opportunities.
