About the Role

We are looking for a Senior Account Executive to join a growing commercial team. In this role, you'll play a key part in developing new business, managing client relationships, and ensuring clients receive tailored advice and exceptional service.

This is a proactive, client‑facing role that blends business development, account management, and industry expertise. You'll have the opportunity to make an impact, work closely with a supportive team, and progress your career in a dynamic environment.

The successful candidate will inherit a substantial book of clients worth approximately £200,000 and will support business growth through proactive client service and new business development.

Key Responsibilities
  • Act as a trusted advisor, building strong and lasting client relationships.
  • Proactively identify new business opportunities through networking, referrals, and research.
  • Manage a portfolio of commercial clients, handling renewals, negotiations, and policy reviews.
  • Deliver bespoke insurance solutions tailored to each client's business needs.
  • Stay up to date with market trends, regulations, and emerging risks to provide the best advice.
  • Mentor and support junior colleagues, contributing to a collaborative team culture.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory standards, maintaining accurate client records.
