Job summary

Arcadis is seeking a Technical Director to lead and expand our WME team on coastal and hydraulic projects in the UK and internationally. You will mentor and guide a 3–5 person team, drive technical excellence, and advance integrated solutions across disciplines, with a strong emphasis on safety, quality, and client engagement.

Qualifications

• Strong technical background in coastal processes, scour assessment, and hydraulic design.
• Experience on major infrastructure projects in marine and river environments; dams and reservoirs advantageous.
• Proven ability to lead design, inspection, and asset management projects.
• Demonstrated success in client engagement, proposal development, and commercial delivery.

• Lead technical delivery across WME projects, ensuring compliance with industry standards.
