We operate a diverse portfolio of upscale hotels, each known for delivering exceptional guest experiences. As we continue to expand, we are seeking a dynamic Senior Cluster Revenue Manager to join our team and lead revenue optimisation across multiple properties.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive revenue management strategies to optimise room revenue and yield across the cluster of hotels.
  • Analyse market trends, competitive set positioning, and demand patterns to identify opportunities for revenue enhancement.
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to align strategies, promotions, and pricing to maximise overall revenue.
  • Utilise advanced revenue management systems and tools to monitor, adjust, and optimise room rates and inventory.
  • Provide guidance and mentorship to property-level revenue managers, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
  • Generate insightful reports and presentations to communicate revenue performance, forecasts, and recommended strategies to senior leadership.
  • Act as a strategic partner to property General Managers, offering revenue-focused insights and recommendations to drive overall profitability.

Ideal Candidate

  • Hands-on experience in revenue management within the hotel industry, demonstrating a track record of success in driving revenue growth, optimising pricing strategies, and maximising yield.
  • Experience in managing revenue for multiple properties within a cluster or portfolio, showcasing the ability to balance strategies and resources effectively across different locations.
  • Leadership Experience: Experience in leadership or managerial roles, displaying the capability to lead, mentor, and guide property-level revenue managers to achieve collective revenue goals.
  • Strong analytical skills to interpret complex data, market trends, and demand patterns, and translate them into actionable strategies.
  • Proficiency in using advanced revenue management systems, tools, and software to analyse data, forecast demand, and adjust pricing and inventory strategies.
  • Excellent collaborative skills to work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and operations, to align revenue strategies with overall business objectives.
  • Exceptional communication skills to effectively convey complex revenue insights and recommendations to senior leadership, property managers, and other stakeholders.
  • Strong problem-solving skills to identify challenges and devise creative solutions that enhance revenue generation and profitability.
