• Solid networking knowledge, including L2/L3 switching, routing, and firewalls.
• Expertise in Windows operating environments, including Active Directory and Group Policies.
• Windows server environments with Active Directory and Group Policies.
• Understanding of ITIL and service management documentation.

About the job Senior Cloud Solutions Engineer

Location: Hybrid Role - Work from Home with Travel to Client Sites & Data Centres in the South East or Midlands Area.

As a Senior Cloud Solutions Engineer, you'll play a pivotal role in designing, deploying, and supporting cutting-edge cloud solutions for a broad range of clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, deploy, and support cloud solutions, ensuring seamless integration into client networks.
• Assist in infrastructure solution upgrades and provide expert support for complex issues.
• Collaborate with the managed services team, serving as a third-line support lead.
• Develop expertise in Nutanix HCI and other platforms.

Your Profile:

• Proficiency in virtualization technologies like VMware, KVM, and Hyper-V.
• Experience with Hyper-Converged Infrastructure (HCI), particularly Nutanix.
• Strong networking knowledge, including L2/L3 switching, routing, and firewalls.
• Familiarity with enterprise data center systems and backup solutions.
• Expertise in Windows operating environments, including Active Directory and Group Policies.
• Understanding of ITIL principles and service management documentation.
• Excellent communication skills and customer-focused approach.
