Job summary

EcoSolutions is seeking a Lead Cloud & Infrastructure Engineer to maintain, secure, and enhance our cloud and hybrid platforms across Azure and OCI. You will lead incidents, drive automation, and ensure high availability while balancing security and business priorities.

You will act as the technical authority for identity management, vulnerability remediation, and disaster recovery, partnering with Security Ops, Architecture, and Delivery teams to raise operational maturity.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience managing cloud infrastructure in Azure.
• Strong knowledge of identity and access management (Entra ID).
• Experience with vulnerability management and patching strategies.
• Proven ability to lead technical teams and incidents.
• DBS check required prior to employment.

Responsibilities

• Lead secure operation and enhancement of cloud and on-premise infrastructure.
• Oversee remediation of vulnerabilities and patching activities.
• Provide technical leadership during major incidents and projects.
• Ensure backup, recovery, and disaster recovery controls are in place.
• Collaborate with Security Ops, Architecture, Delivery teams to improve security and resilience.
• Support incident, change, and problem management.
• Act as authority for identity management and secure configuration.
• Drive automation and best practices across the estate.
• Deputise for the Cloud & Infrastructure Service Manager when required.
