Job summary

Wiz is seeking an experienced Incident Responder to join our IR team in the United Kingdom. You will respond to cloud incidents, investigate real-world cyber-attacks on customers’ cloud workloads, and hunt for undetected threats using the Wiz platform.

You will collaborate with customer teams during engagements, develop professional reports with summaries and deep-dives into technical findings, and help document incident response playbooks tailored to cloud environments and workloads.

Qualifications

Experience with scripting languages and querying languages.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
In-depth knowledge of OS internals for Windows and Linux.
5+ years of experience in cyber-security, cyber-incident response, and threat hunting.
Solid foundation in Cloud Security, with familiarity in cloud services, Kubernetes, cloud architecture, and major providers (AWS, GCP, Azure).
Strong analytical skills with a keen attention to detail.

Responsibilities

Respond to cloud incidents and investigate real-world cyber-attacks on customers’ cloud environments.
Proactively hunt for undetected threats within customer environments.
Collaborate with customer teams during engagements to respond to threats.
Develop and deliver professional engagement reports, including summaries and deep dives into findings.
Develop and document incident response methodologies, playbooks, and best practices for cloud environments.
