Nuclera is a Cambridge-based biotech company building eProtein Discovery software and instruments. You will join a cross-functional team to develop cloud and instrument software, collaborating with biologists and stakeholders to translate use-cases into robust features.

The role covers backend and frontend work, dev-ops and QA, with a product mindset and ownership of features from design to delivery. Curiosity and learning are encouraged.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of industry software engineering experience.
• Experience across backend, frontend, dev-ops and QA.
• Ability to gather requirements and own features end-to-end.
• Strong coding standards and up-to-date practices.

Responsibilities

• Develop customer-facing cloud and instrument software end-to-end.
• Collaborate with biologists and stakeholders to translate requirements into designs.
• Write tests and maintain automated build/deploy pipelines.
• Keep code up-to-date with best practices and reviews.
