A leading technology firm in the UK is looking for a Senior Cloud Engineer to lead the development of data analysis tools within their Microsoft technology stack. This hybrid position involves working closely with teams to implement automation and solutions that enhance their operational efficiency. The ideal candidate will have a background in Azure, Power Platform and experience with ITIL v4, contributing to the company's mission of innovative vehicle repairs.

Qualifications

• Experience in a similar role advantageous.
• Deep understanding of O365, Autopilot, Defender & SSO beneficial.

Responsabilités

• Support and enable the Microsoft Technology Stack through IT Change.
• Troubleshoot IT problems following ITIL v4 guidelines.
• Design, implement, and maintain solutions within the Microsoft Technical Stack.
• Assist with IT Change and Problem Management.
• Support IT governance and cybersecurity measures.
• Maintain documentation for system configuration and help resolve incidents.
