Qualifications

Responsibilities
- Support and enable the Microsoft Technology Stack through IT Change.
- Troubleshoot IT problems following ITIL v4 guidelines.
- Design, implement, and maintain solutions within the Microsoft Technical Stack.
- Assist with IT Change and Problem Management.
- Support IT governance and cybersecurity measures.
- Maintain documentation for system configuration and help resolve incidents.
