Job summary

Fruition Group is seeking a Senior Cloud / DevOps Engineer to design and operate cloud infrastructure across AWS, Azure or GCP from Leeds. You will implement IaC with Terraform, build CI/CD pipelines, and support distributed systems while collaborating with clients and engineering teams.

The role requires hands-on cloud experience, container orchestration, and programming skills in Python/Go/JavaScript. A hybrid working pattern is available with strong growth opportunities in modern cloud tech.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with at least one major cloud provider (AWS, Azure or GCP).
• Strong understanding of cloud-native architectures and modern technical stacks.
• Proficiency with Infrastructure as Code, particularly Terraform.
• Experience with CI/CD tooling and automation platforms.
• Programming experience in Python, Go or JavaScript.
• Solid understanding of networking fundamentals, security principles and distributed systems.
• Experience with containerisation and orchestration (Kubernetes, ECS).
• Nice to have experience with AI assisted coding tools or agentic AI.
• Nice to have leadership skills and mentorship experience.
• Strong communication, teamwork and stakeholder collaboration skills.
• Analytical mindset with attention to detail in evolving environments.
