Arch Insurance is seeking an experienced Solution Architect for the POLARIS programme in London. The role focuses on defining architecture and guiding major underwriting system transformation to replace PAS, engaging with stakeholders, consultancies and partners.

You will shape target and transition architectures and ensure alignment with enterprise standards, while supporting vendor assessments and proof-of-concept activities.

Formación

• Proven experience as a Solution Architect in the London Market Insurance sector.
• Experience delivering large-scale insurance transformation programmes.
• Experience supporting London Market PAS implementations or migrations.
• Strong understanding of underwriting processes and operating models.
• Experience creating migration strategies and modernisation roadmaps.
• Ability to document current-state and target-state tech landscapes.

Responsabilidades

• Produce high-level and detailed solution designs and architectural artefacts.
• Develop target-state and migration architectures to support platform modernisation.
• Define and validate migration strategies and transitional architectures.
• Facilitate architecture workshops and design sessions with stakeholders.
• Translate business requirements into scalable technology solutions.
• Review designs from partners and ensure alignment with governance.
