Job summary

Surrey and Borders Partnership NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a senior clinician to deliver the Managing Emotions Programme (MEP) for people with personality disorder and their carers. You will run the three tiers of psycho-educational courses and supervise MEP staff under the clinical lead and service manager.

Involvement includes development, delivery and evaluation of MEP. The role requires HCPC/NMC registration, a relevant professional qualification, and a UK driving licence.

Qualifications

• BSc Honours Degree or Diploma in Occupational Therapy, Mental Health Nursing (RMN) or equivalent qualification.
• Professional Registration with HCPC, NMC or equivalent.
• Driving licence suitable for use in the United Kingdom.

Responsibilities

• Deliver the 3 tiers of recovery-focused psycho-educational courses for people with personality disorder and carers.
• Support recruitment, management and supervision of MEP staff with the clinical lead and service manager.
• Develop, deliver and evaluate the Managing Emotions Programme (MEP).
