Job summary

At least 8 year of CRA experience; strong site management and monitoring background.
Good understanding and knowledge of Good Clinical Practice and clinical trial operation processes/procedures.
Good skills on Microsoft Word, Excel, PPT and Outlook, etc.

Responsibilities

Site management: study site selection, initiation and monitoring.
Conduct SIV and ensure training for site staff per protocol and regulations.
Ensure safety reporting and adherence to ICH-GCP, GCP, SOPs, and sponsor requirements.
Track recruitment and conduct monitoring visits with SDV plan adherence.
Coordinate study materials, EC submissions and archiving of documents.
Perform training on ICH-GCP and SOPs for site staff.
Manage budgeting, contracts, and Study Payment Schedule as applicable.
Maintain Study tools and systems timely.
