Job summary

Tigermed is seeking an experienced Clinical Research Associate in the United Kingdom (Sheffield area) to lead site management activities, perform SIVs, monitor visits and ensure compliance with ICH-GCP and study protocols. You will coordinate site selections, initiate training, and track recruitment while facilitating safety reporting and regulatory submissions.

The role requires strong document control, budget handling, and proficiency with MS Office tools.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree or above in Medical, Pharmacology or Biology related major.
• At least 8 year of CRA experience; strong study coordination skills.
• Good understanding of GCP and clinical trial operation processes.
• Proficient with Word, Excel, PPT and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Site management: select, initiate (SIV) and monitor study sites.
• Conduct pre-study visits to ensure eligible sites and resources.
• Prepare and conduct SIV for training and startup.
• Ensure PI staff compliance with safety reporting per protocol and ICH-GCP.
• Track recruitment and monitor visits; address site issues promptly.
• Coordinate study materials and EC submissions; maintain files.
• Provide ongoing ICH-GCP training to site staff; initiate sites.
• Handle study materials archiving and master files maintenance.
• Manage safety information dissemination and SAE reporting.
• Finalize budgets, contracts and study payment schedules.
• Update study tools and systems in a timely manner.
